At a time when America needs to build super tunnels like the one being built under London, United Kingdom except with full equal opportunity for all Donald Trump and the USA House of Representatives are trying to undo Obama care and replace Obama care or the Affordable Care Act with a massive cut of services and reach type Trump care. Meanwhile Donald proposes a 50 or 60 Billion dollar yearly with American military mite to aggressively bully the rest of the world for the greed and profits for the billionaires and other rich people.

However in California there is a growing homeless problem that grows year round on sunny and rainy days in rural and urban California and many areas of the USA. At this time California’s state legislature in considering expanding healthcare to Medicare for all. MEDICARE FOR ALL SHOULD BE THE PRIORITY FOR THE USA AND INDEED THE WHOLE WORLD AS A BASIC HUMAN RIGHT. The right to health care is a basic human right needed by people all over the world.

Many people are really having a rainy day. Meanwhile California has an 8 billion dollar Rainy Day Fund, idly gaining interest. I propose that California use 2 billion to build housing for the homeless and near homeless in every county that needs such help in California to provide the basic human right of housing and stimulate the state’s economy. I propose that 4 Billion dollars of the California Rainy Day Fund be used as a foundation to add with other resources to launch a historic Medicare for all to lead the USA in a new direction. This is not the America first imperialistic and exploitative policy of the 1 Percent millionaire/billionaire class however this is the America first needs of the people most in need in the USA. The Trump care and other policies are favoring only the rich and immoral greed.

Unless the American greed is the American creed, Full employment, Medicare for All and real human rights for all must become America’s priorities instead of 1 Percent led major cuts in health typified by the Trump care proposals for massive  cuts to medical care access to fund a massive tax cut for those who are already rich and enjoying Cadillac health care on the backs of the less fortunate, seniors  working and lower middle classes.
