The SNBC or Strategic National Black Consensus for African American Self-Empowerment Written by Larry Ukali Johnson-Redd

The SNBC or Strategic National Black Consensus for African American Self-Empowerment

Written by Larry Ukali Johnson-Redd

The SNBC or Strategic National Black Consensus is a proposed effort to seek and build a National Alliance among African Americans based on common challenges and a need to self-empower our people to think and act with combined strength to think and together to overcome our challenges and overcome our current challenges act more together. Examples of our challenges include introducing national law to outlaw Police racial profiling,, Police murder of unarmed suspects, police brutality and over enforcement in communities of color resulting in mass incarceration. We also have challenges and interests in economics, historical inequalities since slavery, as well as distinct educational issues as well as interests.

This proposal is detailed in my e-book American Challenges in the Obama Era Part 1 resulted in the power to help elect President Obama and powerlessness from the tazeing of an African American to (9  times) leading to death to the assassination of Stephon Clark in Sacramento, CA recently. This slow genocide( violates our civil and human rights that includes mass incarceration helped me come up a National Strategy that could lead us as a people from powerless to empowerment by having a national charter, manifesto, Magna Carter, like the South African Freedom Charter by having this document written by stakeholders among us and  designed so we vote in our own election aiming for 51 % approval among us. Then we would have a basis for a National Unity, a coming together of all African Americans to pursue our self defined interests so we can also be empowered to work with the New Majority defined in Part 2 of this 2 book series or any party embracing our National Interests.

To finance this full progressive proposal we need a Civil Society national non-profit that would give jobs, scholarships and and  a separate branch that is able to spend funds needed to develop the Strategic National Black Consensus document through a sustained National Dialog among African Americans through local, regional, state and National  Conferences and online. These 2 independent national funding organizations would form the National Black Trust. In summary we can unite from the street to the suite to the stadiums where our athletes. We must unite the youth seniors and middle aged and all our other stakeholders. We need a need National Alliance across religious, existing organizations, politicians and activists as well as authors including thinkers. This, my people must be a bottom up effort that will finally tie us together. Please read my – books and discuss the possibilities of developing a Strategic National Black Consensus and self empowering ourselves to work with the New Majority or any others who support our nationally agreed upon interests detailed like our proposed Strategic National Black Consensus. What are your thoughts about developing a Strategic National Black Consensus?

New Majority It is time to RISE UP!!!

NEW MAJORITY IT IS TIME TO RISE UP

These latest shooting in Florida and 17 or more shootings this year and too many more mass shootings in the recent past are strong indications that the stronger progressive communities all over the USA joined by the New Majority communities, women African Americans, including immigrants from all over the world (progressives of every color) must immediately carry out a political realignment rewriting the new progressive agenda to defeat Trump and conservatives and the National Rifle Association/ Gun Lobby money in 2018 and 2020. If the New Majorities/African Americans/White Progressives come together as the new majority we could see a new president in 2020 who will pardon illegal immigrants and dedicated to ending police violence against unarmed African Americans and others.

Now is the time to begin Political Realignment in order to bring about a progressive victory for African Americans and other new majority communities in 2018 and 2020 or an increase in progressive or least maximize progressive people’s power.

Why is it important for new majority communities to work together? The divide and rule tactics of the old white majority have always been a part of the reality in America. African Americans and Mexicans were divided and often separated from though housing discrimination against both groups. The same could be said of all other communities such as our Arab, and Asian brothers and sisters

These latest shooting in Florida and 17 or more shootings this year are strong indications that the stronger progressive communities all over the USA joined by the New Majority communities, women African Americans, including immigrants from all over the world (progressives of every color) must immediately carry out a political realignment rewriting the new progressive agenda to defeat Trump and conservatives and the National Rifle Association/ Gun Lobby money in 2018 and 2020.

The new majority as I defined it in American Challenges in the Obama Era Parts 1 and 2 includes people of color, Unions and organized labor. Asians, Africans South and Central American as well as Caribbean immigrants and national minorities like African Americans of all types, Latinos including Mexican Americans, Porte Ricans , Asian Americans and progressive White Americans. This new majority coalition must also include progressive women.

However these New Majority Communities must rewrite their community, regional, state and national political agendas while to centralize the focus of the New Majority communities and people. Number 1 on every New Majority progressive community’s realignment must be voting Donald Trump and the conservatives out of office and replacing these conservatives with new majority community supported progressive candidates.

The final question to be covered in this is how do African Americans fit in? Well Brothers and Sisters we took have to carry out a review of our current political thinking and expectations. In a short period of time we must achieve a Strategic National Black consensus among ourselves to end 500 years of self-inflicted wounds we have done to each other. We have to rewrite our political, economic cultural, historic, and other interests and organize this on a central document. Then we can organize a way for us to vote Nay or Yea to it in our own self –run vote or plebiscite.

If we can do that and put behind us 500 years of divide and rule as well as oppress rule and vote in terms of over 50 % for the new alliance among us then we can join this New Majority Communities from a position of strength. We can write the foundation for ending police brutality by law. We can self-empower ourselves through uniting behind new updated political goals and unite our diverse African American communities to help bring down Donald Trump and the rest of the white supremacy conservatives too can be brought down if we move quickly this year. Our goals and the new majority goal must include Human Rights and Medicare for all. Full employment for all must be a goal. These goals can be the basis of political realignment. African Americans we must realize that we must change from massive conflict in our communities while the mass incarceration is aimed primarily at us making billions from our increasing numbers of our people and many from other New Majority Communities. We need our community and people to realign politically to analyze our new political options like a Strategic National Black Consensus

African Americans and all African/Black immigrants from all over the world and New Majority populations can realign their political and economic interests and goals to defeat Donald Trump and the racist conservative Trump backers in upcoming elections and empower our oppressed as people as well as revitalize New Majority communities and populations. During these realignments we must come together, write a National Interest document or manifest like the South African Freedom Charter (against apartheid and for full human rights for all or even the Magna Carter.

Each new majority community including African Americans, every progressive including White American progressive community or immigrant community like Latinos/Latinas, All Asian American Communities of immigrants like Chinese, Japanese and India Indians as well as National Native American communities will all be empowered and united by each such community realignment and write a document of national, political, economic, historical and cultural interests. When all New Majority communities rewrite and review their new interests we can then have a series of national conventions to have all delegates see if and we must find a new empowered New Majority Progressive Union. The bigger empowerment goal is uniting all of the progressive tribes.

Sincerely,

Larry Ukali Johnson-Redd

The themes in this book evaluate human rights of all Americans in general and in particular the human rights of African Americans and others of the new majority. This book defines the new majority. And this book further defines the Strategic National Black Consensus proposal for African American  political, social and economic unity through the proposed National Black Trust (Outlined in Part 1) as a way to survive the post Obama white supremacy era led by Donald Trump and other conservative racist whites combined with  continued American police terror . This book series when read as part 1 and 2 provides analysis from the first 7 1/2 years of the Obama Era and Obama Presidency as well as an analysis of the Human Rights versus police terror/brutality, voter suppression and discrimination as well as 500 years of colonialism and slavery in the USA and the world.
